"Return took a little while, but it worked out"
The refund took about a week to come through... not super fast, but it was fine in the end. Got my money back without any major issues.

"Ended up being a smooth delivery"
Overall, the shipping was smooth and quicker than I’ve had with some other sites. I ordered a hoodie and it showed up sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updated without any issues and the package arrived in good shape. The only small thing was that the dispatch email took about a day to come through, so at first I wasn’t totally sure what was happening. But in the end, it all went fine

"Pretty easy site and simple checkout"
I had a sorta easy time using the site. The pages loaded quickly, checkout was smooth, and I found my size without much hassle. I also got order updates after I bought, which was nice. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d use Off-White again...

"Box showed up a little rough"
The box came looking beat up, which made me a little nervous when I saw it on the porch after getting home from running errands. Luckily, the item inside was totally fine and doesn’t seem damaged at all.

"Better quality than I thought it’d be"
I got a hoodie from them and the fabric feels way thicker than I expected, in a good way. The stitching looks clean too. I’ve been wearing it a bunch, though I can’t remember if I washed it twice already or just once last week—but either way it’s still holding its shape really well. It is a bit pricey, but the quality definitely seems to be there...

"Fit was great, but not everything was perfect"
I ordered a hoodie from Off-White the sizing was accurate. I usually wear a medium and went with a medium, and it fit just right, not too tight and not overly baggy. The hoodie feels nice and I’m happy with how it looks, but I do think the shipping/overall experience could’ve been a little smoother. Still, I’d probably buy again...

"Tracking was nice and simple"
I got the tracking info quickly, which was nice because I always end up checking that stuff way too much, and everything just moved along without any issues. Order showed up fine, no drama, exactly how it should be.

"Pretty good for what I paid"
I was a little surprised by off---white.com. I almost expected the prices to be higher, or the quality to be just okay, maybe because I’m usually skeptical when I shop online. But the items I got actually felt worth the money. It’s not exactly cheap, but for the quality, I think it’s fair. Checkout was simple too, which I appreciated because I didn’t really have the patience that day. I’d probably order again if I came across another good deal.
